Student safety is paramount in our properties, we have completed an electrical wiring test and update to the current regulations by an approved electrician on all our houses.
We also have 3 Star 24hr breakdown and service care on all our properties with gas central heating and also Plumbing and drains cover which will give our tenants peace of mind. The properties advertised within this site are mainly in the Filton and Horfield area of Bristol and are ideal for students who attend UWE Frenchay campus, or for those on a placement. All rooms are decorated to a good standard as you will see from the internal photos within the site.
We have a selection of 4 & 5 bed houses available and also 1 x 8 bed house. Most of our properties are in a perfect location for students to live and are within walking distance to the UWE Frenchay campus and close to major bus routes to UWE (bus no 70 and 99 and U link bus route), central Bristol and the shopping mall at Cribbs Causway, they are also close to Parkway and Filton Abbey wood railway stations and Sainsburys. Also some of properties are accredited with the UWE and Bristol city Council and all properties have Energy Performance Certificates. This scheme brings an assurance of good quality well managed safe accommodation for tenants. All our properties are non smoking. You rent direct from us there are no agency fees. One thing many landlords dont include in their rental charges is the utility bills, every property we rent we include gas, electricity, water and sewage charges within our rents. We are also registered with a Deposit Protection Scheme.
